Spammers and injectors rule disbanded

The rule on posting spammers and injectors has now been disbanded. If I would've seen this rule at its conception I would've removed it. Members shouldn't be penalized for trying to further their coding knowledge.

Mpgh is not in the business of halting potential coder success and never will be.
