I didnt lag with that windows ... (i got 512 mb ram , NVIDIA GeForce FX5500 256MB , 2.4Ghz)

Increasing virtual memory wouldn't change anything. Increasing physical memory would be the way to go, but with 4GB of physical memory, I don't see the need to, especially for CA.

If I were you, I would just buy a new Windows 7 desktop. Desktop because they are the best for gaming.
