    [Release] Night Sky login background

    I did my first mod, and I did read the front page on how to release a hack file, for this case, login bg files. but i guess same rules apply throughout.

    I took the background pic for deviantar*****m, that's website wonderful if you ever used photoshop. and i take no credits in taking the picture. i just slap it into a .DTX
