Combat Arms VIP (********)

Ever since I bought those hacks...I was not able to use the OPK and remote kill function...It was last week when they started to work. I used the Remote and Opk function for one fucking week and now i dont get any fucking extension?! In ftg there is no support section and VIP support...It does not let me in!!! Dude someone fucking help me. I wasted my shit on it!
