vegas is waaaay better.
on topic: you should download vegas 8.0 it laggs less and has more plugin FX/transitions.

check my montage It is recored by xfire and it's way better! I have been using fraps too but then I discovered xFire

fraps is better if you want to get sick quality, but it will give you alot of lagg.
Only use fraps if your ingame fps is higher then 60, then set the settings to 60 and you are oke.
