Cetera and Grimoire Bot not working anymore?

So I woke up this morning only to find out that both of my Cetera and Grimoire Bot weren't working. It was just stuck at loading and it won't even let me go to the log-in screen. Am I the only one getting this? Or do they not work anymore?

Put the patched in the grimoire folder with me it worked
