Hacker crashing my game?

Hi I'm playing CF West and there's this annoying guy who comes to my room. He says in the chat: "Bye" and my game crashes after that and I disconnect. An error pops up saying "Error. Do you want to report". I click "Ok" and CF exits out.
He did this to me 5 times today and I'm not making this up. What kind of hack is this?

How do I even report him though? And how is this even possible? Doesn't he have to hack into the CF servers to crash my game?

If you know who it is, just use the report function in-game, probably the most you can do
