Lol it's been patched already. To those wondering it involves the use of the Packet Tamperer but it defaults to the correct ID now. The pseudo rares exploit also worked for certain items such as Blinding Aura.

I haven't explored the possibility of taking items, all I was able to do was to modify the number of Treasure Potions that dropped.
