1.Download Netlimiter 3 NetLimiter - The Ultimate Bandwidth Shaper

2.Installing Netlimiter 3 , and restart Computer.

3.Open no smoker.

4.In NetLimiter should be the File "svchosb.exe.

5.Click on the District , and then on ''deny''.





The same again with the 2nd District
