Khabib is without a doubt one of the best fighters in the UFC as of now, mostly ground work, his striking could do with some work. I am saying this based on his weight class obviously.

Just look who he has fought.

Connor, a world class striker. Khabib beat him standing and that pucnh that rocked connor coul just as well had ended the fight. And its not the only striker he fought. Every time he just walks into it and play his own game. amazing to see.

and then we have wrestlers, gaetje for example didnt even have a chance. I think the only fighter that could possibly beat khabib is GSP. Just dont know if he would take all the footlocks, twisting, change position, and so. GSP was just so strong but we raley saw him do some advanced things on the ground.
