i just got his injector and i don't understand what im doing wrong the thing said successfully injected and then i go to play but its still the same do i have to press something? im using windows vista

You need a .dll file or something like that to inject in the game.
Depending of the file, maybe is necessary press something.

i have WH.dll and crossfire.dll i tryed them both and the inject is good but no hacks in the game? its weird

no is not patched the program is still up when i have crossfire on

The injector is fine, the problem is the .dll files, will inject normal, been patched or unpatched...
