Killian there has been a patch released near like the beginning of November and i heard it can detect even that extreme LT thingy whitch was "undetectable" until now (i just heard that from someone). So are the % of getting banned bigger now?

Yes, with the new patch, almost all of the firmwares are detectable now, except extremely old Hitachi's and Samsung's.
