I always wanted to build my own pc but everytime I look on the internet everyone is so hyped for the new graphic cards and they are out of stock every where

Is it worth it to wait for them what I am looking for is mid thing something able to run most games in high/mid settings only not a super pc in the same time not very expensive

Any build thoughts
