Hi,
The most logical way of obtaining commendations is by asking your friends and teammates to commend you.
Many players are willing to exchange commends in casual matches, and there were some community servers for this purpose.
You may also purchase commendations. (it is not cheating; you may run an external mod if you have multiple accounts, or someone with multiple bots does it for you)
