    Background sound + ragdol

    another thing: is it possible to remove the dead body's? :P sorry for being kinda anoying...

    go into your modernwarfare 2 folder in steamapps and rename the "miles" folder to "dismiles" thats the best you can get as far as i know other than using hacks. I don't even know of any hacks that do that.
