No we will put in the effort because its not about winning.
Its about having fun and putting your passion into your coding.

Another thing is that the projects should be hidden until the contest is over. With this I mean the code (avoiding copy and paste) and the project idea it self, lets say that anyway will finish a Calculator with a feature of a graphic mode and entry it..., and lets say that someone else was about to finish and saw the idea of the graphic feature... and then copy the idea and make it... and entry it... So, where is the proof that he copied the idea? the fact is that he could have the same idea.. or not.

So you either keep them hidden, or you can't just give points for features.. ;o

@ MJ , don't be cocky, you have skill, But grading won't be solely on the applications functionality, You would be surprised how many times a young naive kid can make it huge in the industry because even though his GUI is horrible, and his code execution is poor, he adds that one extra feature that blows the top of the rest, I know because I have hired coders with that passion and determination to innovate.

Plus this contest will give the members of this section the "want" to innovate and learn more.

I didn't mean it offensively , but the fact is there are some Intermediate coders here with skill, and I don't want it to be one sided

But I have the fix for that.
