Slow Motion Effects

I've recently become bored of normal hex edits and model switches. Most of them just change out or make a gun shoot faster. Well, this isn't as normal of a hex edit. sure its very simple (a few 'Replace All' commands) but its a lot of fun. Be careful though, you might find yourself starring at the effects and get killed, like many of you did with my tornado mod.

This makes almost all effects go in slow motion, like blood splatter and some explosions. The video below doesn’t demonstrate it very well though.

Soso (whether he knows it or not) helped me out a bit with this, so I give him slight credits for this, but it was mostly me.

Soso, you know how when you shoot wood, chips fly into the air? This mod makes the chips move in slow motion. Also for other effects.
