COD 4 help !

hello guys i have a Geforce 5500 card 256 Mb but the call of duty 4 won't work and i want to change it with an Ati radeon 9800SE should call of duty 4 work or ? sorry i didnt found help section so HALP !!!

thanks i already used this on my Geforce 5500 but im not able to run it cuz i need to upgrade my card graphic so there are any way to see if Ati radeon 9800SE can run Call of duty 4 ?

with Nvidia Geforce 5500fx i get this error :

go to Run and type in dxdiag then go to the second tab and look for direct3d if its deactivated turn it on
then it maybe works

Man i have all versions of DirectX installed and i reinstalled DirectX 9.0c now but the same problem Windows can not find 'dxdiag'. Check that you typed the name correctly and try again. to locate a file, click the Start button, then click search.

dxdiag won't help you solving the problem, that's just to see your PC specs.

Ok thanks i got the dxdiag and its activated and same problem like what he says dxdaig won't solve the problem ok but all what i want its my Card graphic ati radeon 9800SE if i'l use it should Cod4 will work ? pls don't say ('|[go test it]|') cuz i don't have it now my father uses it on her pc so i will told him to give me it and i'l give him mine so now

sorry archangell i didnt said i meet the recommended specs and i need only card graphic so i found it it will work so bye !!! (im playing so don't annoy me )
