MW2 Modded Lobby

Okay so a friend handed over his banned steam account to me cuz he doesnt play anymore from being banned from MW2.. So my question is, Can I get around the ban using a disabler like VAC Chaos and play online multiplayer matches with random pplz?

Ive heard different things like only private matches and so on. But today I was on it and was running 10th prestige lobbies for a bunch of my friends and it actually worked and got them lvled up.. But no random people joined. I didnt get why. Once I tryed the commands " party_hostmigration 0; party_connecttimeout 1; badhost_endgameifisuck 0" and they came up unknown commands. But did say "searching" for players. I just didnt wait for it. But is there commands to let randoms join?

If this could be solved Id be very happy,

with vac chaos, you can only play in private matches

I dont know.. I hit find game then i would choose the map, the rules etc.. and hit start and my friends would come in, get the actual xp, and everything (I went from 2nd prestige to 10th)
Or is that still a private match?

you can host online,but your banned form there servers so auto-join to your server will not work, also you can still invite people and they join(online) or they can join your party
