    ive got a question no if i remove the music from mw2 would i have more fps and lag less?

    Maybe by 1 or 2 fps /. You might get files different from server errors and stuff if you delete it from inside the .iwd files but you can follow this method and you shouldn't get errors and you cannot get VAC banned for it!

    C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps/common/call of duty modern warfare 2/miles

    Rename the file (which is in the miles folder) from mssmp3.asi to mssmp3.bak
