Best SMG?

I want to know what is the best SMG in A.V.A. I heard that AKS-74U is very good, but i want to know which one is the most STABLE1/
. And through stable i mean low recoil and good spray. Dont tell me "choose this cuz it has higher dmg etc" i just want it stable for Prison Break (i use the inf ammo while runnin glitch ) so what would you suggest(no capsule weps)

EDIT: sry for misunderstanding not smgs, i meant pointman weapons. And that includes shotguns. As i have infinite ammo i think a spas would be amazing but ill see what you think(not benelli i dont have the rank)

if for cc(close combat) aku(blah)

technically all SMG have low recoil and insane stability , just choose Bizon or P90 both have high damage (and as i said all SMG have low recoil and high stability)

Actually, the best smg for prison break is PPSh 41. 71 rounds of pure hell.

Personally, i only use PPSh 41 and KBP PP2000. KBP may not be the powerfulest, but has great mobility, 44 rpm, and its pretty accurate.

And i don't like bizon xD
