    Can this program fuck up your settings on your firewall or browser or anything. Cuz I have been experiencing very slow buffering on youtube since I've downloaded this program. I'm just wondering cuz I dont know where I have to look to solve that..

    I installed the WinPCap, restarted, and everything, but whenever I run it, it crashes. It gets most of the way down the list, to the 1. Network Adapter part, then crashes. Im using XP, so would that be the problem?
