[SOLVED]Hacked lobby screwed up my game =[

Well I played on a intervention only server from a stranger and I broke a rule 0.o
But now my game is totally screwed up I cant see anything there is like a radar the size of my whole schreen and those defend B things also take my whole schreen someone knows how to fix this?

edit: correct file name "config_mp"
