HELP WEAPONS DISSAPEARING

ok well i have 2 problems
i DO NOT use photoshop
i use this method that doesnt require
photoshop

ok so after i draw and inject it into the Gun_T_MELLEE folder
my M9 DISSAPEARS nothign happens just shows the crosshair
i cant hit or anything

second problem i tried modding my Ak-47 after many failed attempts to fix my first problem
so i do everything again adding much detail and my ak-47 is the same?
nothing changed same everything where did all my designs go?

if u think i should use photoshop then please give me a thread link

if you cant hit its prob cuz ur model file is fucked up

Might be that you did not follow the guide correctly, if a texture file is not in proper format, the game will crash. That also probably is your problem.

sorry but photoshop is the best to use for rez moding

try using that
