no all its some thing in windows i will reinstall the windows i was have this proplem with firefox and i get the fix u must delete this file in windows if u get this proplem with firefox only firefox this name for file DWMAPI.DLL search it in Cdows/system32 and delete it

lol so you just answered your own question?... no! ,
.dll is from the game, well the one giving you an error does.
you need to do a clean un-install, then a clean install with nothing running in the background to disturb it, hence why they give the message "please close anything running in the background before installing" sign.

That one file is probably corrupt (mscvrt.dll), search google for that file and you should be able to find a clean download, and if you can find where that file is in your game folder you can replace it and it should work. Thats what I normally do when I get errors relating to a .dll
