Fire rate of ump.
I dont understand how to change the firerate of a UMP
Im supossed to change the first 2 Chars Values after Fire_key to 00. and the 3rd to the firerate 0-99.
But the next is a ? far away. Should that changed to firerate? And is firerate the 0-99 the hex value or the numeral
