@ windows file make sure you have uac disabled, and DEP disable for combatatms.exe and engine.exe

UAC= user admin control, it basically controls the admin rights, so basically how to fix it is simple: start> control panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Account. Change User account setting and set it to lowest.
