    Were you running it as admin?

    And since it was the first download that was blocked, maybe your firewall was blocking it. Just some things to try.

    Did you download the sdk for dx11 or dx10? first then installed c++
    I never hack, if i did, i still would not kill anyone that is how bad i am at the game...
