[HELP] Flaming Nades.?

ok, im not a badass with CS4,5 yet so i need some help..
i wanna turn ALL the nades into a a Flaming Fireball Nade...

but im gonna need [major] help with this.

any1 have any tips/pointers on where/wut i shud do/start with?

Wait does this have anything to do with like when some spec nub pulls out a lagthrower (aka flamethrower) and like all those balls of flame come out. And then you want that, instead of it showing you have a nade. Cause
1 i have no clue if you could do that
2 Good luck finding the file for flame lol

Making it look like it's on fire with the fire moving and such will be changing the whole nade its self. Can't do that on PS. Most PS users just change the skin... But if you wanna put flames on the nade with no animation, then PS can do that. A long time ago someone did make what looked like a fireball, but it wasn't animated, it was just a skin.
