    Hes randomly grey hair colored at the edges of his face.

    + the edge of his face is just darkned with a new black layer then the opacity has been changed...

    tip if try to colour anime pictures the skin always looks good until the render is online try to add a background layer with these colours:
    Red/Blue/Green why these because these are one of the less common colours in anime's... goodway to find holes in the skin i always make white/darkblue/black haired persons and use a red outline.

    This coloring wasn't made with Photoshop
    It was made on the "edit" option on PhotoBucket.

    It's much harder to put color on the picture there.
