hey guy i know is wrong section but when i login to the game i go to shop. And i cant see anything is all black. but i can join the game. Can someone help me. SR cuz my english

That's an old bug, haven't seen it since the UI update.
It was originally a problem on Nexon's part
if that's not the case, then your graphics card is failing.
