Uhmmm no. When I start the game and im on the main menu and I alt-tab, Run as Admin on the hack, the pop up little window opens so i click OK, then the hack loads and then boom error/crash.

This can sure be prevented programatically. As developer, you need to prevent the errors any (sometimes "dumb") user does.

I have exactly the same Problem although I did everything right (put the hack in the AlterIW Folder , run it as an admin after opening the game and pressing alt + enter)... Pls Help

Hahaz, the game closes itself when 3.1.5 is opened up (whether as admin or not, same thing happens). Windows 7 x64 [Ultimate, if you need to know which].

jus download the alteriwnet patch. dont b lazy. there has been many request for the iw4mp.dat file here skim thru the sections or download it yerselves

i downloaded that patch that file is not in there and i guess has been requests for but so far i'm yet to see someone post it so don't comment just cause u want to put your 2 cents in most of u so called hackers are problably just copy and pasteing codes and want to call your self a programer

This hack worked for me fine, maybe for one hour. Now i have the same problem. I'll try it again.
