Yep! They did basic mode for vista and 7 so now External cant even run! YES, sorry It's been a long time since I played a really good game with no hackers.

AlterIWNet has pretty much turned into IWNet now.
Constantly updating the game to prevent the use of mods, hacks, etc.

The last working hack as i know of, is the External BoxESP hack for XP (it also works for Vista and 7)
