no way boi, it happens sometimes, but getting all headshots with a guy shooting you too is VERY hard. your crosshair keeps bouncing up with every shot and if the guy has a TAR then you're screwed if you dont keep shooting instead of aiming for the head. ESPECIALLY, if you dont get the headshot on the first shot then the spread totally owns you and you dont get a kill at all.
