Restart your computer twice, disable, than re-enable your internet connection. I've had this happen to me before, thank me if I have helped.

Looks like a graphics problem.
Update your graphics card driver.
Make sure your graphics card is working / directX etc;
Get a screenshot of dxdiag and make sure your computer can currently run CA

have you googled it and the best thing that i have in mind is do a system restore whenever i have a problem with ca i do asystem restore and tada ttry it?

Well it's the only option that is guaranteed to fix it.
however, it is very time consuming as you have to re-download and re-install everything,
that is, if you don't have a portable hard drive
I recommend you try other various fixes before using this option

ive done every thing that i was told still doesnt work :P. thatnks for the help guys but im just gonna sell my PC any ways and get a new one XP.

Tell us if you've done any big changes to you computer (hardware/software) in the recent past. Anything that stands out. (reinstalled platforms or new Graph-card)
