I need a good mod

im new and i dont know how to code or anything but i know how to launch mods and stuff like that (the basics). i was wondering if anyone knows a good mod that is normal, but it has tubes where they do no damage, and maybe an easy to use menu involving mbasic admi ncontrols such as kick/freeze/shock/burn/kill/ban stuff like that. if you know any mods similar to this please let me know.
