It's just a mod (Modification (Visual)), it isn't a hack, and you can't get banned with mod.

You can get banned for using mods such as these. If the mod does nothing more than just change the background of a map, then you wont get banned, but removing sprites that allow you to see through stuff you're not suppose to see through, then yes.

Although it's extremely difficult to get banned for using something like this, the punishments are stiff. XD

Edit your topic, and add that "Get a backup from (Sprite) folder, and then delete every files inside it, and then copy the new files" that would be better, right?

One texture file is deleted. Because this is a very old post, replacing your entire folder with what's provided would mean you're missing a few dozen, particularly textures from the snow and hammer events.

Just delete the file called incident and you should be set.
