    Dual Blade Skill Books

    Should i get Package 1 or Slash Storm alone?
    I've been told that Tornado Spin is incredibly bad and there is no need for it.
    This would save me 2k nx or so...

    Also, will the packages last forever? If they do ill buy 6 later but if they get taken out i should buy it now right?
