iw4mp.exe Hack injecting crash.

Alright so, here is dilemma. I have been using a basic box esp for a while now (HFT V2), but I've has some problems where after awhile the game will crash. ("iw4mp.exe has stopped working") So, I tried some other external ESP, I didn't like any of the ones, as they didn't have recoil removers, and crappy ESP. So I decided I'd bite the bullet and use injected hacks. So I go download winject, and try a couple different .dll's. BUT, the same problem arises, but there is a catch, I can run the game fine, but when I go into a match, I press f12 or whatever hotkey I may require. The game instantly Crashes! This is with the same iw4mp.exe error message. So I do some more forum searching, and discover that this crash is caused by VAC detecting my cheat, and shutting the game down. (I beleive this is the cause for the crash because it does not occur when I am running a hack free game.) So then obviously my next move would be to download a VAC Disabler, Now i go and use Steamloader V1.2, and BAM same crash occurs when I press F12 ingame.
So my question is, if im doing something wrong, such as using a wrong program, please do tell. Or is there a way I can stop these bloody errors and just get to hacking? OR, I'm not begging, just asking, could you recommend a good esp/no spread recoil remover that havent had issues with? Greatly appreciated for your help, and cheers!
