Fix Lagg?

my computer only laggs when I take screenshots... but I regularly loose my internet connection :S (totally... logged out of xfire, msn, skype, ventrillo... no access through web browsers...) any help to that? I know its not a wr issue but... could like my internet card be faulty?

I think my problems goes with the Internet/Router.. But the thing I don't get is..

About 3 months ago I played this game perfectly without lagg .. The Router/Internet couldn't have gone that bad..
