good C++ tutorial for beginner?

i want to start learning C++ so i can help make various things including hacks for warrock. but i have no knowledge of C++ at the moment. i have visual C++ installed. can anybody suggest some websites or ebooks that can get me started in c++?

You should get a book on C++. C++ summer schools(Long Term) are great too.

Hmm maybe ask someone to teach u,
I started with a book, but i dindt hold it on ...
Then i asked someone to teach me, and he wanted to do it.
And ye ... i have a book :P but its more a Dictionary for C++ then a learn book.
Maybe, yes, alot of poeple say its easyer if u know vb first.
I dunno, i only know VB from some tuts here :P
