If you want to redeem a UGC, go to playspan.

Google the site.

Once at playspan, create an account.

Once your account is created, confirm the registration via your email.

Once your account is activated go back to playspan.

Select the 10k zp.

Go to check out.

When it says check out. Hit paybycash.

Click the Ultimate Gamer Card option.

Follow instructions from there.

Once you have made the payment, go to your email, or playspan and find the ESN code. This ESN code, will help you redeem the 10k zp.

Go to crossfire once you have found the ESN code. Click deposit.

Click redeem code.

Punch in the ESN and follow the instructions.
