[HELP] pressing an ingame button

I Dont know if you have heard of a KDR Protecter, it is used in many AFK bots
i know what it is and how it works
but i need to know this:
how does it know when to exit
So say i set it to exit after 5 deaths protecting my KD ) how would it know when i died 5 times
it could be like ( here comes noob code :P )
if "deathsound.wav" plays then
KeysPress.(Keys.Esc)
KeysPress.(I Still have to figure out this part..)
