Don't use Vista, slow compared to 7 or XP. If you really want to get the complete max go for XP, otherwise I suggest 7 (marginally slower, but far better support, better OS in general, less bugs, more updates, nicer...).

For general gaming 7 is better due to driver support and optimization (e.g. for dx11 and crap), but for CA it's XP.

okay ill swithch to windows xp cuz i have windows 7 and 2.5 gigs of ram and it lags alot

Vista was like the prototype OS.
