Lol, a looooooooong time ago I added that skull design into the patterns on PS. Basically I made the slide gold (with multiple layers) then I added the skull pattern. I had to mess with colors for a while because it they weren't showing up, then I went into textures and selected the pattern again, to add a touch of detail.

Simple. Not copied and pasted, but from a PATTERN OVERLAYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
