This past two months, I haven't really cared about minion.
It's a small responsibility imo, 20% activity is something i could maintain since I've been above 20% even before school ended.
Closing threads / with my judgement and learning what minions do / what to close, etc;
Whit and Blood seem to be wanted to get minion by the community, and I respect that even though its only less than 100 post noobs voting for them.
I do think they should get minion since people look up to them, but then again they're not commonly seen in the other subsections
