My Iphone is fucked up?

Seriously, ive pass trought 5 pairs of headphone, all of em got same problem, the iphone instantly put volume to 100% by its self and right earbub stop working? anyone got same kind of issues


headphones:
-1 original apple headphone ................30$
-another pair with remote and mic.......45$
-2 sony's 60$ worth headphones.........120$
-1 beats by dre tour..............................180$
total:............................................ .........375$
worth headphones in 1 year, i should have got a black berry i think

what? so u plug in the headphones and the volume goes all the up, yes i get this problem but i just turn it down, its what the iphone does since your headphones are plugged in it needs to be louder i guess, nothing to worry about, unless its an iphone 4G then idk cause i got a 3GS, i hear the 4G has a lot of problems, just try to tur it down if it doesnt work then report it, if it does no biggy

i get a 3g, 16gb white, no waranty anymore, but ill try to sue apple for giving no support, my father's lawyer told me i have big chance to get a new phone + compentation but, i dont want to waste my time there

its not a big problem unless its the iphone 4 then it ma be and u would want to report it, if its a 3g or 3gs (like what i have) its no biggy unless u cant turn it down after it shoots up, cause i just turn it down after i pug em in, and yes i get the same problem.
