Hello fellow AlterIWnet Players!!

THIS IS NOT AN ADVERTISMENT IN ANY WAY!
IT IS MEARLY HERE TO HELP ALL THE DISTRESSED PLAYERS OUT THERE!

It's sad to see the main AlterIWnet server is down.

In the mean time, I am currently running a substitute server.
To join this server,
Alter your "alterIWnet.ini" file to read;

Server=aunze.ath.cx

Thats It!

It may take some time for games to get going, as this is a new server.

Alternativly; you could try connect aunze.ath.cx (Only if host is online)

When aIW goes down, go MPGHnet. When MPGHnet is down, use liberation and the serverlist.

it does so work, just make sure you choose Team Deathmatch


If its not working, there arnt enough players available yet....

in loading screen it get server time out, cuz of ur server lag it happened like 4 times ...

its because us poor australians have a crappy outbound international pipeline... Sorry i suppose???

i had a decent ping but im only one state away really so my ping is all good

But yeah Alter will be back once they sort their shit out.

Server Located in South Australia and by the looks of the trace its only adsl2 from internode so international gamers aren't really going to be able to join due to ping issues, Solution, Host your own .
