Should each team member be responsible for certain areas of the section?
Like have certain duties?
I know I have Livestream and monthly resources going.
It would alleviate a lot of confusion as to who needs to be part of what.
And what we all need to be part of.
So many different things are going on at the same time, plans that some of us had coming into this that may not be important compared to plans already set for us.
Should any of our projects be set aside until these others, some known and some not, are fully functional?
I apologize if this was already spelled out in one of the threads here, I've read through them all, but I want to be completely clear.
Like a table of duties would be helpful. With categories and such.
On a side note:
What's with this big project that's supposedly coming up in the future?
And what's the grand prize for AOTW?
Is there something we should be contributing to either of these?
I think the team deserves to know, unless they already do and I just missed the memo.
In that case, just let me know and close this...

I'm happy to help with the monthly pack. I can also do AoTW because of my mod controls.
Perhaps the Structure Thread can be edited to delegate different projects to different members. It can reduce the confusion and such and give each Art Team member an individual focus. Sort of like a production. Instead of all the members trying to help with everything.

Anyway, I think we should be assigned different parts of the section, it would be alot easier so we know what we're doing. I also think another mod/minion/whatever should be assigned to this section so not only Doc/Liz has to do work, I see alot of spam (AoTW entry thread) and things to be dealt with around here.
Just my opinion though.
This won't be announced until everything else is already set in motion on MPGH, and the bulk of other projects are done. Since me and Dave haven't planned it out fully also.
Team needs to still discuss what to put in this fully, so any ideas for it welcome. As i said i will buy certain prizes for it.
