Downloading the file now, will analyse it and check it out.

My observations/analysis:

• I ran the file through a file extension checker and it's a WMV file.
• The video was obviously taken from YouTube (YouTube channel link in the intro)
• This 'patch mod' seems very stupid because it asks for a 'password' (Xbox360 buttons such as X, Y, A, etc)
• If you fail to enter the password correctly in 20 seconds (when you join the game), all your challenges get 'locked'
• It's some kind of 'unlocking/compilation' mod
• You can make a harrier appear on ground....?

Conclusion:
Didn't bother watching the whole thing because its a stupid mod and would take AGES to port to PC. No point doing it. The author just made it to show off.
